Hollywood Hills Latina was founded by Fashion Designer Elena Darvich, who also founded Hollywood Hills Fashions (HHFashions.com).

Elena Darvich is unique because she did not learn the art of fashion design from a textbook, but rather, the old fashioned way – She was taught, stitch by stitch, bead by bead, technique by technique, the traditional art of sewing and creating fashion art that are not just clothing, but museum art pieces. Her unique style was passed down to her, in mentorship, by her European grandmother and great-grandmother, who learned the ancient art of Haute couture from their mothers and grandmothers before them.

Elena’s garments and costumes stand out because she has been trained in an ancient art that cannot be taught in a fashion school book or at fashion school.

Elena learned the art of classic detailed elegant fashion from women who have carried on the tradition for hundreds of years.

At the same time, Elena studied modern fashion techniques in fashion schools in both Italy and Los Angeles.

Through the synthesis of the arts of the classic and the contemporary, Elena has synthesized a new style that has the detail of the traditional and the visionary flair and originality of the new.
